FishBay Sunsets

Project: Business identity; website; print advertising; product photography

Sue Noble, owner of FishBay Sunsets, initially hired us to design a simple website to showcase her weaving. Immediately it became apparent that she first needed to develop a strong brand identity to reflect the depth and complexity of her work. We created her logo to emphasize the fluidity and character of her woven pieces.

Once we had a strong brand image, we used it to establish a singular identity for her website, business card, and print advertising. We also worked with Sue, photographing her weavings and helping her develop a controlled studio setting where she could create high-quality images for her website and special promotions.

During the first phase of website development, Sue moved to a new working studio with excellent retail exposure. She quickly adapted her artistry to the new space and continues to build her business as a purveyor of fine handcrafted woven wearables and fiber art.

Working with Cloud Islands has been nothing short of phenomenal. The range of business and advertising knowledge and supporting talents has resulted in a unique and beautiful website, created so that it can easily be expanded. Starting with a vision and my logo, we created a public persona, utilizing many other forms of advertising, as well, all of which has defined FishBay Sunsets. I consider Cloud Islands to be an integral part of my business experience.
